About the Role
As a Veterinary Practice Manager, you will provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You will work directly with hospital leadership dedicated to supporting the development of your management and leadership skillset. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry and prior experience overseeing hospital operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the hospital and the well-being of the animals we care for.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on hospital growth initiatives.
- Maintain team focus on client growth and retention activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Lead and Marketing partner to drive successful Marketing campaigns.
- Ensure practice is offering premium, white glove experience to all clients.
- Manage hospital operations in collaboration with Partner Doctor, Medical Director, and Operations Director.
- Manage personnel including hiring, training, development, performance management, and resolution of staff conflicts.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and administrative duties required to run the practice.
- Guide and coach team members toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.
- Demonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.

- 2+ years of management experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, or medical practice setting preferred.

- $85,000 - $100,000 per year
- Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.
