About the Role

Play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery and successful transition of complex SAP services for public sector clients. Oversee the entire service lifecycle, from strategic planning to operational excellence, by managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), building stakeholder relationships, and applying ITIL best practices. Leverage in-depth knowledge of the public sector and proven ability to de-escalate complex service situations to ensure stability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least seven years of relevant experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and transition management
Extensive industry knowledge in the public sector
Proven practical knowledge of ITIL processes and their application
Strong skills in stakeholder and SLA management, even in complex environments
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Familiarity with BSI IT-Grundschutz or similar public sector security standards
Demonstrated ability to de-escalate complex or critical service situations
Business-fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
