About the Role

As a Professional Services Consultant on the ACTIVENet Implementation team, you will bring innovative solutions directly to organizations, creating a real, measurable impact on their day-to-day operations. You will drive new business growth within our Implementation Team, with a primary focus on implementing our ACTIVENet (ANET) SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution planning and design by partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements and design tailored hardware, software, and integration solutions.
• Drive successful implementations by coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and aligned with defined timelines and objectives.
• Develop deployment and training strategies, including creating and executing technology rollout plans and end-user training.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Consultants, and other stakeholders to align functional requirements with deliverables.
• Ensure smooth project transitions by partnering with support teams for effective handoffs at project close.
• Deliver technical services across ACTIVE’s enterprise software platforms, including database, platform, and infrastructure management, system integrations, and hardware configuration.
• Intake and analyze business problems then establish and deploy technical solutions.

• Solve complex challenges by applying strong problem-solving skills to navigate complex business processes and adapt to new technologies.
• Communicate with impact through clear presentations and well-structured reports.
• Drive projects with ownership, utilizing an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Leverage technical and industry expertise, including knowledge of software deployment, technical architecture (APIs, databases, SQL), and relevant industries.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.
