Responsibilities
- Greet incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner.
- Be organized, friendly, and enjoy making small talk with Guests.
- Be an example of Fleming’s warmth and hospitality.
- Put our Guests at ease during a wait.
- Answer phones and direct calls in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service.
- Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette.
