About the Role
NFIB is seeking results-focused individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and exceptional work ethic to prospect, conduct face-to-face cold calls, and enroll new members. Responsibilities
- Educate small business owners through in-person prospecting using NFIB's success-proven verbatim sales presentation.
- Meet small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
- Memorize and utilize NFIB’s proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
- Build quick rapport and deliver an engaging presentation.
- Overcome objections and close the sale.
- Process payment on the spot.

- $80,000 - $200,000 average yearly compensation
- Uncapped earning potential (Straight Commission)

- Up to 13 weeks (1,000/wk) performance-based training pay (or commission, whichever is greater)
- Production-based weekly commissions, monthly & quarterly bonuses
