About the Role
Benefit Cosmetics Canada is seeking a Freelance Brow Expert to work at our Union, Eaton Centre, and Bloor St. Benefit BrowBar locations within Sephora. This role involves demonstrating and selling products, performing salon services such as brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping, and laminations, and creating an unforgettable client experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and sell products
- Perform short salon services including brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping and laminations
- Create an unforgettable experience for clients
- Have fun
Requirements
- Hair removal, waxing or esthetics certification and/or training (considered a strong asset)
- Proven strong retail sales ability
- Flexible regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Standing for a number of hours
- Comfortable and competent performing wax services and makeup application
- Courteous, responsible, and a team player
- Likes to laugh, have fun and enjoy a good cupcake
