About the Role
Encore is a leading event production company that creates memorable event experiences and helps businesses achieve their goals. We are seeking a Technical Supervisor for Event Technology to join our team in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotels and end customers regarding all AV media technology matters.
- Manage the technical planning, support, and execution of high-quality events.
- Prepare quotes and manage external service providers, including material and logistics planning.
- Plan, manage, and achieve sales targets for one or more hotels.
- Plan personnel deployment in close coordination with regional management.
- Collaborate closely with regional management and sales managers.
- Ensure and further develop defined quality standards.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a specialist for event technology, event manager, or a degree in event management.
- Several years of professional experience in the event industry with a focus on AV media technology.
- Sales-oriented and economically minded approach.
- Strong service and customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
- Initial experience in leading employees.
- High flexibility regarding working hours.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Knowledge of Easyjob is an advantage.
