About the Role
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager II to lead day-to-day operations of the Operating Room, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and driving performance through KPI tracking. This role offers tremendous career growth potential within an established organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Operating Room to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Inspire, mentor, and develop nursing teams and emerging leaders
- Drive performance through KPI tracking (quality, safety, efficiency)
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and all regulatory standards
- Optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization
- Manage departmental budgets and support cost-efficiency initiatives
- Champion patient safety and continuous quality improvement programs
- Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery
- Support strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required (MSN preferred)
- Active California RN License
- BLS Certification
- 5+ years of patient care experience in acute care
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Strong Operating Room (OR) experience in a hospital setting
