About the Role

Support the Consumer Relations team with customer escalations across HOKA, UGG and Teva brands. Process manual refunds, create site credits, and ensure all tasks are completed within Service Level Agreement timeframes. Handle order cancellations and defend against chargebacks.

Responsibilities

  • Process manual refunds and create site credits.
  • Process order cancellations requested by warehouses.
  • Create dispute documents to defend chargebacks.
  • Monitor in-house systems and process entries, including orders held for correction, escalating awaiting returns, and cancelling orders.
  • Raise invoices to collect outstanding payments from customers for failed charges.
  • Support with chargeback activities and PayPal disputes.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or fraud is welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in additional European languages is a plus, but not essential.
