About the Role

Responsibilities
- Follow crew leader instructions to complete projects on time and according to specifications.
- Plant and maintain flower beds, laying mulch and soil.
- Weed manually around flowers or by applying vinegar.
- Use different equipment to cut grass, hedge trim, and perform other tasks.
- Load and unload trucks with crew leader or other crew members.
- Report any issues to the crew leader.
Requirements
- Be physically fit and have great endurance.
- A valid driver's license with a good driver's record is an asset.
- Experience in Landscaping or related field (farming, tree planting, construction etc.) is an asset.
- Ability to use and maintain landscaping equipment safely and responsibly.
- Execute verbal instructions, read labels and signs.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, and as a team.
