About the Role
Seeking an engaging and creative Direct Support Professional (1:1 support) to work with a young man with a developmental disability in Brewerton, NY. This role is critical in supporting the individual with tasks and goals such as teaching safety skills, social skills, independent living skills, and community access.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the individual while completing tasks and goals

Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Effective communication and organizational skills required
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule required
- Reliable transportation to arrive at the job site at the scheduled time
- Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy
- Candidate must be okay with cats
- Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire
