About the Role
Responsible for consultative sales of Treasury Solutions (TS) products and services to an assigned client group, focusing on risk mitigation and grounded in Truist's Purpose, Mission and Values.
Responsibilities
- Executes sales plan and develops partnerships with internal teams to achieve revenue and portfolio growth objectives.
- Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners for collaboration and strategic client planning.
- Independently manages a client portfolio with TS needs, requiring knowledge of banking, TS products, and working capital concepts.
- Participates in developing relationship plans for clients/prospects to identify retention and acquisition opportunities.
- Provides client working capital services and solutions, including receivables, payables, information reporting, and liquidity solutions.
- Adheres to applicable policies and procedures, and proactively escalates issues and risks.
- Consults with clients effectively through various communication methods.
- Responsible for accurate reporting of sales efforts, progression, and revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- 3 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services.
