About the Role

AVESTAN's Keyholder is a Human Leader with the art of creating memorable experiences. As a Keyholder joining our Nolita AVESTAN store, you will deliver the highest standards of customer service by following the AVESTAN experience and contributing to a teamwork environment positively, pleasantly, and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting the Brand’s vision through excellent service.
  • Act as floor supervisor in management's absence to ensure the store procedures and steps of the experience are being followed.
  • Introduce Avestan's story to inspire customers with our store's unique experience.
  • Maintain a professional image and attitude, and ensure company policies are procedures are being met by all employees.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards of cleanliness and organization while maintaining store VM.
  • Track and report on sales performance and ensure daily and weekly reports are properly completed and submitted on time.
  • Ensure databases and customer profiles are up-to-date and contain accurate and relevant data with respect to GDPR regulations.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns, and assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new employees.
  • Responsible for opening/closing of the store, bank deposits, and paperwork.
  • Conducting product refunds and addressing customer issues in a positive manner, operating POS, and completing transactions accurately and efficiently!
  • Assists in receiving and verifying merchandise shipments.
  • Communicate inventory issues/concerns to Store Management and participate in inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two / three years of experience, in the luxury industry, is highly desirable and ideally, within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and basic math skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coach and mentor employees to success
  • Strong Time Management and ability to customize clients' journeys with confidence.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
