About the Role

As a Lead Stretch Specialist, you will deliver branded Dynamic Stretch sessions, guide clients toward flexibility and mobility goals, and mentor other specialists. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, expertise in stretching, and dedication to the Dynamic Personal Training Method.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one stretch sessions to enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and improve range of motion.
• Conduct initial assessments to determine member needs and create personalized stretching programs.
• Lead a team of stretch specialists, providing guidance and training.
• Educate the Life Time team on recovery therapies and techniques.
• Engage in all required training.
• Maintain an artistry level recovery space.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Certified Pilates Trainer
• CPR and AED Certified

Salary/Compensations

• Commission basis tied to performance goals
• Minimum pay in excess of one-and-one-half times the applicable minimum wage per hour
