About the Role
As a JM LEAD Graduate, you will help drive our goals by completing rotational placements, leading business-critical projects, collaborating with global teams, applying technical skills to solve challenges, building leadership capability, and contributing to value-creating projects.
Responsibilities
- Completing three rotational placements over 2.5 years across key business areas including Science, Commercial and Operations.
- Leading and supporting business-critical projects that improve performance, sustainability, growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborating with colleagues across global teams to deliver solutions and build broad business understanding.
- Applying technical and analytical skills to solve complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Building leadership capability through structured development and exposure to senior stakeholders.
- Contributing to projects that create value through innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline, with a minimum 2:1 classification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technical knowledge in practical settings.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a genuine interest in developing as a future leader.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership of deliverables.
- Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel or undertake assignments across JM locations.
