About the Role
As a Tactical Security Guard, your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly is paramount. Physical ability is essential for patrolling various environments throughout your shift.
Responsibilities
- Patrol critical areas to spot suspicious activity.
- Check identification and control access to secure areas.
- React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken.
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
- Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks.
- Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Hold a valid Ontario security license.
- Hold a valid Ontario driver's license.
- First aid certification is required.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
