About the Role
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Site Supervisor for our After School Program at Fort Montgomery Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with children and are looking for a schedule that aligns with the school day.
Responsibilities
- Ensure children are engaged, safe, and having fun.
- Maintain program quality according to Healthy Kids Program's model.
- Ensure the site is fully staffed with prepared and supported teachers.
- Operate the site in compliance with required ratios and maintain accurate records.
- Manage site inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and materials.
- Restock supplies before they run out.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, OR at least 1 year of experience working with children under the age of 13.
- Required health clearance, including TB screening, in accordance with state regulations.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
- Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds while actively engaging with children.

Salary/Compensations
- $16.50 per hour
