About the Role

The Supply Chain Trainee Program is an 8-month immersive program designed for recent graduates passionate about supply chain management, operations, and strategic problem-solving. It offers exposure to various logistics areas, operational sites, and culminates in a Group Manager placement at one of our Warehouses across Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Gain immersive job shadowing experience in operational processes.
  • Learn to lead a frontline team during shifts to solve problems proactively.
  • Work on a strategic business project throughout the program duration.
  • Present project outcomes to Supply Chain Leadership.
  • Gain front-line experience leading teams and executing operational processes.
  • Learn the business hands-on.

Requirements

  • Must have graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2025, 2026 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2027.
  • Must be willing and eligible to relocate.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime.
  • No formal work experience is required.
  • Previous internship experience is a plus.
