About the Role

The Treasury Sales Associate role will partner with Treasury Sales Officers to develop strategies for domestic and global revenue growth. This role supports all activities from sale through implementation, manages ongoing client relationships, and drives Treasury revenue goals. Success requires a strong client focus, understanding of bank products and services, and excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to grow revenue and increase treasury product penetration.
  • Complete price/cost benefit analysis models and work with TSO for non-standard pricing.
  • Support TSO on large scale opportunities and deepen relationships with guidance.
  • Assist TSOs in relationship planning and gathering client/prospect information.
  • Support activities from sale through implementation, onboarding, and training.
  • Complete industry research on clients and prospects and perform client opportunity analysis.
  • Ensure escalated service issues are properly managed with the right resources.
  • Prepare analysis and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Complete card agreements and gather necessary documentation for implementation.
  • Assist with coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), including planning, calling efforts, meeting preparation, delivery, follow-up, and tracking.
  • Conduct research to develop strategies and create proposals and pitchbooks.
  • Partner with Product Specialists and support partners to grow revenue and deepen relationships.
  • Support clients through implementation, onboarding, and training.
  • Ensure accuracy of sales data, including managing sales pathways, call reporting, and profitability reporting.
  • Participate in in-person calling activities and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of B2B sales and/or client service experience in a financial services environment.
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop solutions.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as part of a larger team.
  • Proven experience developing rapport with clients, colleagues, and other business partners.
  • Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) experience.

Salary/Compensations

  • $95,000.00 - $109,200.00 annualized salary
