About the Role
Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support our growing Client Service Center. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to client success through strategic consultation, effective relationship management, and the innovative use of technology. This role will manage a book of personal insurance clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth through consultative service and cross-selling. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, manage policy servicing, and support clients with coverage strategy and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
- Manage renewals, policy changes, and day-to-day account servicing.
- Provide consultative recommendations and tailored insurance solutions.
- Identify cross-sell and account rounding opportunities.
- Support retention and client satisfaction goals through proactive engagement.
- Partner with internal teams and leadership to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Promote adoption of digital tools and resources where appropriate.
- Deliver high-quality service and support client business needs.
- Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active P&C license
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and systems
- Proficiency with Applied Epic or similar agency management system strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in collaboration with other team members

Salary/Compensations
- $45,000 - $80,000
