About the Role
Create meaningful connections with every customer by leveraging personalized sales expertise and AT&T's full suite of products to meet sales targets and earn commission.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- The company provides tools, training, and coaching for individuals without sales experience.
