Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
- Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
- Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
- Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes
- Associate degree or equivalent technical/educational training
- Previous retail sales experience
- Previous automotive experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- If hired, a Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification must be completed at the start of employment.
