About the Role
Gain first-hand experience in a start-up environment by working closely with management, venture development, and founder associates. You will contribute to projects in tech, operations, growth, marketing, and data, with opportunities for mentorship and exclusive founder talks.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement and improve operational processes to support business scaling.
- Analyze trends and evaluate data to inform company decisions.
- Support various teams with day-to-day tasks and projects based on your skills and interests.
- Propose solutions and think outside the box to drive the business forward.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
- Available for a three-month internship.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects.
- Possess a strategic mindset with strong analytical thinking.
- Passionate about start-ups, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
- Fluent in German and English.
