About the Role

Proud Moments ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder. As a BT, you will provide one-on-one specialized treatment in a center-based setting, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs.
Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans.
Support BCBAs with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
Physically keep up with clients, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
Perform other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience working with children preferred.
Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stay organized and adapt to changing schedules or priorities.
