About the Role
The Client Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing professional and courteous service while supporting daily office operations. Every role contributes directly to helping injured individuals navigate one of the most challenging times in their lives while supporting the continued growth and success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Accurately document and update information in the firm's systems.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Provide front desk coverage as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and common areas.
- Follow first-call resolution standards to ensure a positive client experience.
- Participate in training and remain current on firm processes, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to work onsite five (5) days per week in our New York office located at 535 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY.
- Candidates with customer service, call center, administrative, hospitality, healthcare customer service, or similar client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
