About the Role

As a valued member of our café team, you’ll work in a warm and welcoming Nordic-inspired environment, seamlessly integrated within our store. Your focus will always be on delivering exceptional quality, outstanding service, and memorable experiences for every guest. You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every touchpoint and prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages. You’ll also play a key part in promoting the café’s values, culture, and concept, while contributing to the smooth daily operations of the in-store café by supporting the Café Manager.

Responsibilities

Delivering an excellent customer experience through customer service, good product knowledge, and an engaging cafe environment
Taking responsibility for cafe opening and closing procedures
Leading and inspiring the cafe team to consistently uphold exceptional service
Overseeing day-to-day cafe operations such as delivery, replenishment and coverage to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence
Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the company’s values and ensuring every customer interaction is memorable and meaningful

Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage
Fully flexible to support the Café Manager
Passion for hospitality
Willingness to learn
Commitment to creating great guest experiences
Customer Focused: willing to engage with customers and provide them with good levels of service
Adaptable & flexible
Action-oriented
Good communication skills: A genuine interest in people and actively listening to their needs and perspectives.
