About the Role

As the voice of our company, you are our customer's first point of contact and will help them take their first step in making their junk disappear. Join our team of 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide a world-class experience for our customers
• Receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
• Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear
• Answer customer questions about services, service areas, availability, and pricing to convert inquiries to bookings
• Participate in 3 weeks of fully paid remote training
• Join a team with a Team Lead for ongoing support and growth

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Ontario
• Available for the first 3 weeks of training to work between 10 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday EDT
• A quiet space at home, quick & reliable wired internet connection, and a good personal computer with min 8GB memory
• A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required

Skills

• Friendly telephone manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
• Sales experience is a plus
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Hospitality experience is a plus
• Retail experience is a plus
• Call center experience is a plus

• $19.35 hourly plus commission, average $200-800 a month
