About the Role
Angels of Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. This role offers a chance to make a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordinate patient care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
