About the Role
Freenow by Lyft is building a new business line in healthcare, aiming to digitize hospitals and medical institutions. This role involves shaping and developing the approach to hospitals and medical institutions in Germany, from initial research and go-to-market strategy to building long-term relationships and scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Research and map the German hospital and healthcare market, identifying relevant institutions, decision-makers, and their specific operational challenges
- Design and run pilots with individual institutions, gathering data and feedback to refine the approach before scaling
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation, ensuring hospitals are set up successfully and issues are resolved quickly
- Translate market and client insights into recommendations for Product and Operations, helping shape how Health solutions evolve
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, detailing project progress, market trends, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, project management, business development, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and build a working approach from scratch
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, still-evolving environment
