About the Role

Broadway National is seeking a driven, outgoing, and highly motivated Sales Associate eager to build a career in B2B sales. This role involves prospecting, booking meetings, participating in client conversations and presentations, and moving opportunities forward, offering an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients and new business opportunities.
• Prospect through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Schedule and participate in prospect meetings, discovery calls, and sales presentations.
• Uncover client needs, communicate Broadway's value, and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Partner with senior sales team members on presentations, proposals, follow-up, and closing strategies.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information within Salesforce.
• Develop toward independently managing and closing sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Business, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Recent graduates and early-career candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 0–2 years of sales, business development, customer-facing, or related professional experience preferred.
• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships.
• Competitive, energetic, self-motivated, and willing to put in the work to succeed.
• Coachable and eager to learn from experienced sales professionals.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
