About the Role

As an Early Careers Coordination Specialist in the Early Careers team, you will support key coordination activities during the campus season, focusing on planning and executing in-person Superdays. This role is crucial for delivering over 1,000 diverse future leaders into entry-level analyst programs across JPMorgan Chase. It offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment with daily variety and multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual interview days and Superdays.
  • Liaise with candidates and recruiters to arrange interviews and respond to recruitment queries.
  • Manage candidate queries promptly and maintain accurate system information.
  • Take ownership of shared mailboxes.
  • Manage all aspects of campus event logistics, including sending invites, confirmations, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates.
  • Process and track event expenses and invoices.
  • Participate in project management for Early Careers flagship programs, including summer internship and spring insight events.
  • Propose innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline processes.
  • Travel occasionally to support program activities and events.

Requirements

  • Effective organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills with high quality and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on data integrity.
  • Ability to be a team player and work independently.
  • Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills and presence.
  • Ability to serve as a consultant to internal clients and an ambassador of the firm to external candidates.
  • Inclination towards seamless relationship-building with internal partners and global counterparts.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-pressured environment with high volumes.

Skills

  • Industry experience or experience within event management
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
