About the Role
RBC Capital Markets is seeking rising second-year MBA students for a 10-week U.S. Summer Associate Program within its Global Investment Banking (GIB) platform. This program offers an immersive experience into the culture and daily responsibilities of a full-time Associate, focusing on strategic advisory services and capital raising for leading corporations, institutions, and governments.
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of live transactions and client-facing business development initiatives in all areas of GIB.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Contribute to the delivery of client meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends.
- Research and analyze future opportunities.
Requirements
- Students in their penultimate year of study at an accredited 2-year MBA program.
- 2+ years of post-undergraduate work experience.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Value and possess strong competency in collaboration, relationship building, communication, integrity, and operating with a diverse and inclusive mindset.
- Well-rounded set of interests and extra-curricular activities beyond academics.
