About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Senior HR Initiatives Specialist and play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement through supporting key initiatives across HR Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design and implement optimized business processes that align with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, business requirements, business case, testing plans, project status updates and relevant reporting.
- Analyze HR operational processes and workflows to identify root cause and areas for improvements, optimization and automation.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand root causes.
- Support the design of new processes while collaborating with senior members of the team, as well as Technology and Digital Solutions teams.
- Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and opportunities for further enhancements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business process analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive opportunities for improvement as well as telling a story.
- Proficient in process modeling tools (eg. Visio) and project documentation tools.
- Experience in business change management, with a focus on innovative tool or techniques and digital adoption.
- HR and business operations experience.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Agile.
