About the Role
RBC Capital Markets is seeking rising second-year MBA students for a 10-week Global Investment Banking (GIB) U.S. Summer Associate Program in San Francisco. This program offers an immersive experience into the role of a full-time Associate, focusing on strategic advisory services and capital raising for corporations, institutions, and governments.
Responsibilities
- Work on live transactions and client-facing business development initiatives within GIB.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Contribute to client meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends.
- Research and analyze future opportunities.
Requirements
- Students in their penultimate year of study at an accredited 2-year MBA program.
- 2+ years of post-undergraduate work experience.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong competency in Collaboration, Relationship Building, Communication, Integrity, and Operating with Diverse and Inclusive Mindset.
