About the Role

The Receptionist/Admin Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations throughout the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk by answering and directing incoming calls, greeting and assisting visitors, overseeing guest management, and tracking appointments.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects, including purchasing, event coordination, and clerical organization.
  • Handle agency-wide tasks such as check distribution, mail management, and posting communications.
  • Assist Human Resources with updating employee information, managing compliance reporting, documenting communications, and supporting administrative projects.
  • Track document signatures and ensure timely reporting.
  • Ensure the building operates safely and efficiently by opening and/or closing the facility as needed.
  • Monitor cleanliness in communal areas and report maintenance or cleanliness issues.
  • Implement and monitor new programs and tasks, ensuring effective execution and timely completion of workloads.
  • Track and maintain the agency's inventory of technology and resources in collaboration with HR and team members.
  • Promptly communicate and escalate issues requiring attention, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist with reporting and compliance tracking.
  • Perform additional assignments as necessary to support the agency's evolving needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Prior experience with administrative job duties preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • General flexibility.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Ability to assist with toileting and hygiene, which could involve lifting.
  • Willingness to request reasonable accommodations if needed.

Salary/Compensations

  • $40,940.00 - $60,940.00
