About the Role
The Retail Sales & Delivery Associate delivers an elevated guest experience across both the retail floor and scheduled deliveries. This position engages guests with knowledgeable service in-store and ensures orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. The role acts as a brand ambassador, supporting sales growth and product education, while also contributing to store operations like merchandising, cleanliness, receiving, and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests, providing product guidance, and building strong relationships
- Support sales through recommendations, promotions, and a strong understanding of products and accessories
- Maintain high product knowledge to ensure accurate, compliant guest education
- Assist with merchandising, store setup, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
- Process transactions accurately while following all inventory and operational procedures
- Work closely with store leadership and team members to support overall store success and guest experience
- Safely complete deliveries, including order handling, loading, transportation, and on-time delivery to guests
- Follow assigned routes, schedules, and all delivery procedures in accordance with training and regulatory requirements
- Communicate clearly with guests and dispatch, escalating issues or concerns as needed
- Maintain professionalism, a safe driving record, and full compliance with company and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check
- Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use)
- Smartphone with data plan (and comfort using apps/technology)
