About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage daily operations of your route with excellent time management skills.
- Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
- Resolve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, management) to deliver exceptional service.
- Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
- Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling equipment and driving.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.
- Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
