About the Role

St. Peter's Health Partner's is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, 12-hour night shift position on a titled unit. Responsibilities

Deliver care, including assessing needs, planning, and meeting patient needs in the unit.
Assess the needs of each assigned patient.
Plan and evaluate nursing care, including spiritual, emotional, and physiological needs, ensuring the plan is carried out through personal performance or leadership of supervised personnel.
Be directly accountable to the Nurse Manager for the quality of patient care delivered.
Modify and deliver age-specific and development-specific care according to the unit's scope of services.
Perform clinical and leadership functions when serving in the charge role, including assessing patient needs and planning nursing care.

Requirements

A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
Ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
1 year of RN experience is preferred.
