About the Role
The Coca-Cola Ignite Intern role within the Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability (PACS) team offers hands-on experience, skill development, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects. Interns will accelerate career growth, network with leaders, and contribute to meaningful social impact and sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance Coca-Cola’s reputation.
- Monitor and track media coverage to assess public perception and reputation.
- Help coordinate communication campaigns and community outreach programs.
- Analyze stakeholder feedback and recommend improvements.
- Leverage AI tools and digital technologies for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and content development to generate insights and improve communication effectiveness.
Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate or master's student pursuing a degree in communications, Public Affairs, or a related field.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Germany; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 38 hours/week for a 12-month internship.
- Requires regular on-site presence at the office in Berlin, Friedrichshain.
- Fluency in German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands, and its values.
- Exhibit curiosity, agility, creativity, and a passion for learning and making an impact in a high-performance, diverse environment.
- Possess strong inclusive, team-oriented relationship-building skills.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
