About the Role

Lead customer-centric marketing strategy and go-to-market initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, enrollment, and engagement for Everyday 401(k) offers among small business owners. Partner with various internal teams to develop and deliver an insights-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the annual Everyday 401(k) marketing plan for Business Banking, defining objectives, target segments, channel mix, and quarterly priorities.
  • Create a consistent marketing cadence to drive sustained awareness and enrollment for Everyday 401(k) using always-on and campaign-based approaches.
  • Translate the Everyday 401(k) roadmap into actionable go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, audience strategy, and channel selection aligned with Business Banking priorities.
  • Own email marketing strategy and execution, including campaign calendar, segmentation, lifecycle opportunities, creative requirements, testing strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Own and optimize the Everyday 401(k) digital property experience for Business Banking journeys, ensuring a clear, compliant, and conversion-focused path.
  • Manage disclosures and maintain a strong control environment, ensuring marketing materials adhere to legal, risk, and compliance processes.
  • Own performance scorecards and reporting, including monthly scorecards, KPI monitoring, and readouts of insights and actions to senior stakeholders.
  • Support other high-impact initiatives based on evolving Business Banking priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, own outcomes, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong experience developing and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies from planning through execution and optimization.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals and product roadmaps into clear go-to-market plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including defining success metrics, partnering on measurement, and using performance insights to improve strategy and execution.
  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, including building presentations that drive alignment and decisions.
  • Strong program/project management skills, including managing timelines, dependencies, creative workflows, and approvals across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience operating within a rigorous controls environment, ensuring marketing activity meets legal, risk, and compliance standards.
