About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated clinician to join our mission of improving the healthcare experience for patients, providers, employers, and health networks. This role involves providing primary care services, including acute, chronic, and well visits, with opportunities for both in-office and occasional telehealth appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilization of specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
  • Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
  • Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
  • Passion for human-centered primary care.
  • Ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.
  • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
  • Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
  • Openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses.
  • Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues.
  • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients.
