About the Role
New England Seafood International (NESI) is seeking full-time permanent Food Production Operatives to join their day shift team. This role offers an immediate start for the right candidates and involves working with a supportive team and leaders who are invested in sharing their knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, start up checks etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Load products into trays and bags as per customer specifications
- Prepare finished products ready for despatch and deliveries
- Ensure all products and packaging are correctly labelled
- Add cardboard sleeves to packed products
- Ensure all stock being loaded or unloaded matches the relevant paperwork / load plan
- Maintain a safe, clean and tidy working environment
- Operate Manual Handling Equipment in a safe and timely manner
Requirements
- Ability to commute to site based in Chessington KT9 1TW
- Good communication skills

Salary/Compensations
- £24,692.25-£29,198.35 per annum (£12.30 - £14.54ph)
