About the Role

The ONroute Brand Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned brands, overseeing the hourly team, and ensuring financial goals, franchise brand standards, and customer service excellence are met.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and scheduling day-to-day operations to deliver sales and budgeted targets
  • Executing ordering and all inventory processes
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and development of team, including Health & Safety
  • Delivering brand, audit and customer service standards
  • Acting as Manager-in-Charge when General Manager or AGM are not in plaza
  • Accountable for inventory levels and delivering budgeted food cost targets
  • Ensuring orders are placed, received, stored, and reconciled on time
  • Training, coaching, and managing food cost on the floor daily
  • Posting pro-active action plans, production build charts, and reviewing waste daily
  • Role modeling and ensuring team is trained to meet or exceed brand, audit, and customer service standards
  • Completing self-audits and assessments and developing action plans
  • Achieving the highest quality of customer service at all times
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members
  • Communicating clear performance expectations and providing feedback
  • Recognizing positive performance regularly
  • Accountable for all scheduling and achievement of labor targets
  • Ensuring all day-to-day Health & Safety processes and procedures are followed
  • Ensuring each shift has required trained representation for auditing purposes
  • Effective communication and enforcement of employee code of conduct, employee relations, asset management, and all other ONroute policies
  • Holding employee team accountable to follow all ONroute procedures and policies
  • Acting as Manager-In-Charge to ensure overall needs of the plaza are prioritized
  • Working collaboratively across all brands
  • Ensuring delivery of highest customer service levels
  • Effectively managing all day-to-day plaza activities
  • Ensuring compliance with all ONroute and governmental standards, regulations, and policies

Requirements

  • Requires 3-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in high volume food and beverage or merchandise operations and/or other related management experience
  • Experience with POS Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Dedicated to training, coaching and developing your team to deliver results
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer experience focus
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Approachability
  • Sound operational experience and knowledge within the fast-food/food service industry
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the plaza
