About the Role
Oversee the execution of the Audit Division's global communications strategy to drive impactful, timely, and efficient communications and content to key stakeholders, including the Bank's boards of directors, senior business management, regulators, and Audit leadership.
Responsibilities
- Tactically execute the Audit Division's global communications strategy.
- Support real-time, insightful feedback to Audit leadership and Audit teams on the clarity and effectiveness of communications directed to various stakeholders.
- Ideate, create, and deliver compelling multi-channel communications and content for all stakeholders.
- Deliver Division-wide communications-related training.
- Support the organization and prioritization of the Stakeholder Communications function's book of work.
- Manage and maintain the Audit's Division's inventory of communications templates and artifacts.
- Manage, maintain, and serve as SME for the Audit Division's communications policies and procedures.
- Liaise with various internal and external partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including people management.
- Previous communications and/or audit experience is preferred.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to make business decisions based upon sound judgement.
- Ability to anticipate and deliver on the communications needs of all Audit stakeholders as well as those of Audit leadership.
- Ability to identify and implement strategic solutions.
- Superior managerial, project, and time management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to synthesize and articulate complex information in a clear, succinct, and actionable manner.
- Superior interpersonal skills and influence, including demonstration of conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship building skills with all levels of management.
