Responsibilities
- Manage patient care delivery across all hospital units during evening shifts.
- Serve as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise.
- Foster passion for the hospital-wide mission Putting Patients First.
Requirements
- At least three years of acute care RN experience.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field (must obtain within 1 year of hire).
- Active membership in professional organization.
- Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
- BCLS certification.
- All roles require on-site presence.
- Employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
- NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
