Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong business partnership with the operations team to drive accountability and attainment of key performance metrics.
  • Analyze, interpret, and communicate site financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist the Finance Operations Manager in developing the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasts.
  • Utilize ERP and Hyperion systems for daily, weekly, and monthly financial metric reporting.
  • Coordinate and execute month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
  • Evaluate capital expenditures, including project financial analysis, business case development, capital request approvals, spending tracking, and post-investment performance monitoring.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to simplify workflows, enhance data visibility, increase forecast accuracy, and improve decision-making capabilities across the site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred; degrees in Accounting, Economics, or other related business disciplines will also be considered.
  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a consistent delivery of high-quality work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook).
  • Experience using Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP applications is preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team building skills and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Continuous Improvement approach: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI).

  • $65,000.00–$75,000.00
  • Variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results
