About the Role

Atlassian is seeking a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer for its EMEA South Enterprise business. This role involves leading technical engagements in complex sales cycles and solving enterprise customer business problems using Atlassian platforms and solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional account teams and Atlassian partners to understand customer needs and map them to Atlassian solutions.
Identify opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion.
Investigate and assess client pain points.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, articulating the value and impact of Atlassian software.
Demonstrate a broad understanding of Atlassian offerings and how they integrate.
Lead compelling, tailored value-based demonstrations.
Guide customers through technical needs in the sales process to secure buy-in.
Forge strong partnerships with sales counterparts to discuss pipeline, opportunities, and improve the selling cycle.
Track and document customer feedback and competitive intelligence, advocating for internal development.
Continuously learn and refine pre-sales knowledge, product offerings, and sales processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
Excellent communication and strong presentation skills for multi-level audiences.
Agility to achieve objectives.
Customer-centric mindset.
Proven track record in building executive relationships with customers.
Ability to rally internal teams to collaborate and meet customer needs.
Creative problem-solving skills to interpret complex business problems and devise solutions.
Comfortable in both business and technical contexts.
Willingness to learn, grow, and challenge oneself.
Openness to giving and receiving feedback.
Tolerate failure, love to win, and hate to lose.
Passionate about customer and Atlassian success.
Fluent French language skills.
Proficiency in either Spanish or Italian.
