About the Role
Lead the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing the IAM program, and creating process improvements for the account management lifecycle. This role will drive assurance with IAM-related security and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation to improve processes and streamline customer experience.
- Automate manual processes through enhancing API integration and SailPoint IIQ development.
- Develop and execute a plan for least privilege account access using just-in-time, just-enough provisioning.
- Lead the IAM team and educate the organization on IAM implementation.
- Audit current users and groups, and drive cleanup for legacy or stale accounts.
- Leverage established architectures to streamline access provisioning and de-provisioning for applications, networks, associates, clients, and third parties.
- Implement role-based access for common account types.
- Centrally manage user security and entitlement reviews and certifications.
- Interface with internal clients and external vendors.
- Act as a champion and educate the enterprise on all aspects of IAM.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Information Security including Identity & Access Management.
- Experience in large-scale, dynamic enterprise environments with multiple authentication methods and a variety of user types.
- Ability to work with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Kerberos, SAML, OpenID).
- Ability to train, manage, and assist co-workers and direct reports on program build and evolution.
- Highly motivated, strong sense of urgency, and track record of getting results.
