About the Role

As a Senior SAP Transformation Consultant, you will play a central role in shaping the digital transformation of our customers. You are responsible for cross-functional consulting regarding future SAP strategy, including S/4HANA innovations, business process impact, and identifying value and target architectures. This includes recommendations for cloud strategy and evaluating transformation paths.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for S/4HANA preliminary studies, including methodology, cost calculations, and presentations.
• Conduct S/4HANA preliminary studies, evaluating technical scans, transformation approaches, business cases, target architectures, workshops, roadmaps, and estimations.
• Provide initial guidance and support for S/4HANA implementation and migration projects in complex system landscapes.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, support sales events, customer acquisition, and expand SAP consulting expertise.
• Conduct SAP innovation workshops on topics like SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, BDC, and Clean Core concepts.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in SAP ERP consulting (e.g., SAP module consultant, SAP architect, SAP pre-sales expert).
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written), CEF Level C1.
• Experience conducting SAP S/4HANA preliminary studies and/or S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Extensive experience in pre-sales, sales support, customer workshops, presentations, and trade fairs.
• Very good understanding of functional and technological changes in S/4HANA, its strategy, and related cloud platforms/solutions (including SAP Integrated Toolchain).
• Very good understanding of different migration and transformation approaches (system conversion, new implementation, selective data migration).
• Solid understanding of the latest SAP technologies (SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, BDC, Clean Core concepts).
• Deep industry expertise, preferably in automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, public sector, healthcare, or defense.
• Customer-oriented and confident presence, comfortable operating at the top management level.
• Willingness to travel frequently, mainly within Germany.
