About the Role

RVG is transforming retirement living with innovative solutions and sustainable practices. We are seeking a Commercial FP&A Analyst to deliver financial insights, support business decision-making, and drive commercial performance across the Group.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports, balanced scorecards, and dashboards for leadership.
• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Manage asset valuations with external valuers and support investor valuations.
• Conduct financial due diligence and provide detailed analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze commercial performance of new products, services, suppliers, and initiatives.
• Support the development and assessment of business cases.
• Collaborate with operations, property, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and provide insights.
• Contribute to shaping the Group’s data strategy and optimizing data analysis.
• Prepare high-quality papers and presentations for the Board and committees.
• Visit villages on an ad hoc basis to understand operational drivers and support initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar analytical roles.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
• Experience in real estate, property, or asset management is a bonus.
